Gift from the Directors for all our hard work and effort for making the National Day Dinner on the 22nd of August a success!!! :-) Our manager was smiling ear to ear just now upon receiving this cake... lol

I heard from the manager that this is the first time the director bought us something, coz initially i was thinking that it was an annual practice.. but apparently, it's not... they were exceptionally pleased with this year's National Day Dinner celebration. I'm not very sure why either, coz i am not involved in the previous ones before, so i cannot compare...

However, i was glad to know that this is the first time i am involved and it's quite a great success !!!

Actually i heard from one of my colleagues that there should be photos taken when i was performing on that day's celebration.. I must admit that it was indeed flattering to be drowned in compliments...
As for the photos, i havent had the chance to see any of it yet.. lol I hope they didnt capture any silly expressions of me on stage.. that will be embarassing ...

well.. glad that everything went smoothly that night..

and may i have more and more chances to perform in future.. :-p
The satisfaction was indeed overwhelming...
